Job Description
Job Purpose
Drive both in-shop and online sales through excellent customer service, social engagement, and social media content creation to grow our brand presence and increase sales.
Duties
- Warmly assist walk-in customers and recommend products.
- Respond to WhatsApp, Instagram & TikTok customer inquiries promptly.
- Pack and hand over orders to delivery riders.
- Create and post engaging short-form content on TikTok & Instagram.
- Coordinate online order fulfillment and update stock status.
- Track and log daily sales (in-store + online).
Requirements
- 0–2 years retail or customer service experience (electronics preferred).
- Basic understanding of Instagram & TikTok content creation.
- Good communication skills in English & Kiswahili.
- Comfortable with short video recording and online engagement.
